Clark is the most professional realtor that we have ever worked with. Once we signed a listing contract, he was in constant communication with us. Whenever anyone was coming to our property, he let us know well in advance, and always accompanied (arriving 15 minutes before schedule) all parties. He knew the right people to contact to provide a quality listing - photographs, floor plan, etc. He listened to us, understood our requests and helped guide us through the very stressful process of selling our home. He was so great to work with that without hesitation I hired him to sell our home one year later. I wondered if he would take as much care with our $400k listing as he did with my folks’ $900k listing. And you know what?? He absolutely did.
